Oscorp is also dedicated to assist our clients in placing their projects in the market, searching in the wide world of public funding mechanisms for tools that offer financial leverage for their businesses independent of its stage. The necessary support to request, receive and correctly use public funds/investments is also part of our proposal.

André de Oliveira Schenini Moreira. Lawyer, André graduated in Law from the PUCRS University, attended a post-graduate course about Contracts and Civil Liability and has a Masters degree from the UFRGS University in International Law. With a solid experience in the IP area (working and studying since 2006), André worked in corporate law offices and was the Legal Director responsible for the IP department of Grêmio FBPA. Member of the Intellectual Property Comission in the BAR Association of Rio Grande do Sul and of the International Association for Artificial Intelligence and Law (IAAIL), he is also an IP Expert with credentials to act before the Courts of Rio Grande do Sul, santa Catarina and Paraná. André has an examiner certification for the Programa Gaúcho de Qualidade e Produtividade (PGQP) and for Industrial Property Professional recognized by the Associação Brasileira de Agentes da Propriedade Industrial (ABAPI), and has attended several courses related to innovation tools, project management and investment strategies.  Founder of OSCORP and FMA (Feoli e Moreira Advogados), André is also legal advisors of several startups and a mentor at the INOVATIVA program, managed by the Brazilian Ministry of Economical Development.

Luís Gustavo Feoli. Lawyer, Luís graduated in Law from the UFRGS and attended a post-graduate specialization in Tax Law promoted by the Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Tributário - IBET. He worked in highly reknown Brazilian law firms within several areas of business law, such as tax law, corporate, regulatory and intellectual property, with a distinguished performance with tax deduction mechanisms. Luís has developed important connections with public banks and investment funds with specific programs to foster innovative initiatives during his career. Co-Founder of OSCORP and FMA (Feoli e Moreira Advogados), Luís is a partner and a legal advisor of MINIMOD, the awarded Brazilian tiny house project.
